How do I sign up for an account?

  • Click “Create Account” at the top of Eagle Vale Olives website.
  • You will be prompted to enter your name, email address and a Password.
  • Upon clicking “Create”, a Customer account activation email will be sent to the email address you have just entered.
  • In your Customer account activation email, click the “Activate your account” button.
  • Create your password and click “Activate Account”.
  • Should you change your mind and decide not to activate the account, simply click “Decline Invitation”. You may use the same email address to sign up for an account again in the future by repeating the steps above.

How do I place an order?

At the individual product page, select the quantity of the product you would like to purchase.

  • Click the "Add to Cart" button and your shopping cart will be displayed.
  • Modifications to the quantity or removal of any item(s) can be done here.
  • Special instructions can be added upon clicking “Add a note to your order” at the bottom left of your cart. A textbox will appear for you to type a message to the seller. Dandaragan Estate will try to fulfill the special requests to the best of our ability.
  • Click the "Check Out" button. Enter your Email Address and Shipping Address to continue. If you are already a member, this step will be skipped after placing your first order.
  • If you are entitled to a discount via a discount code issued by us, do key in the discount code on the right side and click the “Apply” button. The discounted value should be reflected in your cart now.
  • Click the "Continue to Payment" button to enter your billing information. Again, members will not need to re-enter the information after their first order.
  • Click the "Complete order" button. Once payment is successful, your order will be confirmed. An order confirmation email will also be sent to you with your unique order number.

How can I be sure that my payment went through?

The order confirmation email will only be sent to you if the payment is successful. Should the payment not go through, you will not be able to reach the order completion page and you will not receive the confirmation email or get a unique order ID number.

Please check your payment details and try again.

What if I didn't receive any confirmation email for my order?

The notification email should be sent out as soon as your payment is completed. If you do not receive any email at all, please write to us at eaglevaleolives@westnet.com.au and we will assist you.
